Last week I was on a coaching call and was faced with what was thought to be an irritating question. One of the students on the call asked how soon people will see their site, now that their site was published to the Internet.

If only we all could do things that easily – Setup your website and traffic would start flowing to the site in droves – Yeah Right – and then you woke up! You need to face reality and understand traffic will flow to your website in droves, if you have the proper marketing strategy.

The success of your website will rely heavily on your marketing strategy. Some things you really need to pay heed to are:

How soon will your website be published to the Internet?

  • 1 week
  • 3 months
  • 7 months
  • 10 months
  • 13 months

There is absolutely no point in starting your marketing strategy before your website goes live. Just in case you actually wonder why – no one can see your website when it is not published to the web. This is not saying you shouldn’t have your marketing strategy plan in place. Once you publish your website you can waste no time implementing your marketing strategy right away.

How Do You Write An Article So It is Effective? Part 4 of 4
