Are you still mystified with what an entrepreneur does in his/her everyday life?
Well, according to some people, entrepreneurs are great thinkers and so they must be spending most of their time thinking of what new things they can offer to the world. This may be true and if you’re a beginner in an Online Business Opportunity, you have to get the best marketing idea to get you started.
Entrepreneurs are generally business people. However, this is only half of who they really are. You see, entrepreneurs are also idea thinkers and deal makers. Through the available or existing circumstances, an entrepreneur can uncover new ideas and then turn them into a good deal.
Many entrepreneurs hardly ever concentrate on one business venture. The primary aim of an entrepreneur is to earn money therefore to concentrate on one business venture is rare. Seasoned entrepreneurs will try to venture into all kinds of business ideas, as long as these online opportunities provide a profit.

What Are Entrepreneurial Activities For Your Online Business Opportunity? Part 3 of 7
As an Internet Entrepreneur you have certain functions and activities you need to live up to.
Yesterday we discussed the importance of maintaining an ethical reputation when creating your online Business Opportunity.
In this message we want you to understand there are only 3 important daily tasks you need to incorporate into your life:
- Organize – this includes creativity, innovation and the ability to pull it altogether.
- Coordinate – you need to be able to communicate the pros and cons in a given task.
- Mobilize – prioritize and direct the people who work for you.
As you build your online business opportunity you must have the ability to balance all three tasks.

Lets take a look at the heart beat of your business. In your business you need to understand what action steps you
need to put in place in order for your business to be successful.
Naturally, business planning for an existing entity will be different from that of a new entity. The structure of the

This is a very interesting subject for today’s infopreneurs as most people don’t realize the importance of a business plan in today’s fast paced business world, online or offline.
Why Do You Need to Know How To Write a Business Plan?
The first thing you need to understand is “you”, just as we mentioned in the two reviews prior to this one – Take a look if you haven’t already.
When we coach our clients on How To Write a Business Plan, we always start with details such as:
1. What are Your Passions and Interests?
2. What Knowledge do you have in Your Subject?
3. How Committed are you to learning and building your online business?
4. What Time Sacrifices are you willing to make?
5. How Deep is Your Desire to Learning and Building Your Internet Business?
6. Where Do You See Yourself by the End Of 2009? 2010? 2011?
You need to be aware of who you are and what your interests are as this effects everything. Baby steps is the best way to go, as that avoids going back and repeating the same steps over again.

Have You Completed Your Internet Business Plan?
Filed under: 30 Day Challenge, Internet Business Plan, Online Coaching, Social media
If you haven’t completed or even started your Internet Business Plan we can help you here. Throughout the next week we will be reviewing the key components to Internet Marketing which are directly related to your business plan.
During the first few days we will be paying particular attention to “The Plan”.
The Plan starts with one thought. The thought starts with you. You started the thought because there is something in your life you want or need:
- Financial Freedom
- Time with Your Family
- Special Trips
- To be an independent professional
- A New Truck, Car or Van
- Everyday to be like a day at the Spa
- A New Wardrobe or maybe New Shoes (perhaps both)
- Basically whatever your heart desires which is morale and legal
The magic question is how can you get whatever your heart desires?
Even though this is a great question, the answer is far from being a one liner, there are so many variables to consider:
The first one is you:
- What are Your Passions and Interests?
- What Knowledge do you have in Your Subject?
- How Committed are you to learning and building your online business?
- What Time Sacrifices are you willing to make?
- How Deep is Your Desire to Learning and Building Your Internet Business?
- Where Do You See Yourself by the End Of 2009? 2010? 2011?
If you are new to the Internet Community then you will soon realize an online presence has nothing to do with location. It has everything to do with your content:
- The Niche You Choose
- The Content You Write
- How You Speak To Your Audience
- What Words Are Your Prospective Customers using to find information in your niche? (Keywords or Keyword phrases)
- Who is Your Target Market?
- What are they buying?
Before you go any further you need to answer all of the questions presented here. Yes there are a lot of questions to consider so lets start with the questions about you and then we will move into the questions related to content.
Before creating your Internet Business Plan you need to search your heart to understand what has moved you to your current desire to create an online presence. No amount of teaching or instructions will help you to be successful unless you are passionate about the product or service you are building you business on.
For today we will stop here and tomorrow lets review the questions on content.

Is it all about the Internet Business Plan? Part 7 of 9

Week 22: Jan 4-10, 2009
What did I learn this week?
This week I have learned you need either some or a lot of capital even to run an online business – you need to have money at your disposal to either fix or upgrade your equipment related to running an online business.
Creating an Internet Business Plan is critical to the success of your business every year – if you don’t do this you could be missing a critical ingredient in operating your business.
Connecting with people takes time, but this will be a critical part of your online business today and into the future. The days of leaving ads all around the net, hoping someone sees it and buys, are gone or we are close to closing that era.
What did you do as a result of what you learned this week?

Do You Have A Marketing Strategy? Part 3 of 9

Last week I was on a coaching call and was faced with what was thought to be an irritating question. One of the students on the call asked how soon people will see their site, now that their site was published to the Internet.
If only we all could do things that easily – Setup your website and traffic would start flowing to the site in droves – Yeah Right – and then you woke up! You need to face reality and understand traffic will flow to your website in droves, if you have the proper marketing strategy.
The success of your website will rely heavily on your marketing strategy. Some things you really need to pay heed to are:
How soon will your website be published to the Internet?
- 1 week
- 3 months
- 7 months
- 10 months
- 13 months
There is absolutely no point in starting your marketing strategy before your website goes live. Just in case you actually wonder why – no one can see your website when it is not published to the web. This is not saying you shouldn’t have your marketing strategy plan in place. Once you publish your website you can waste no time implementing your marketing strategy right away.
Once you publish your website how are you going to market your web presence to the Internet Community? Read more
What Is Your Internet Business Plan About? Part 2 of 9
It has been 15 years since my first business plan was created. Since then my clients have had benefit as a result of the experience I gained and the challenges I overcame during the entire process.
The basics of a business plan are close to the same every year. There are strategies that relate to specifics of the plan which change periodically, depending sometimes on the world financial markets and your local economy.
A regular business plan is no different than an Internet Business Plan (I.B.P) Change will take place regardless of your likes and dislikes in the matter so to be successful you had better be in a position where you can change with it.
In offline business change is happening much faster than ever before, this is a direct result of our technologies. Technology has become more sophisticated, so much so that it is tough to keep up – even the best of the best struggle for their place in spotlight of their chosen careers.
On the Internet change is rapid – what worked 3 months ago does not necessarily work in todays environment.

Do You Have An Internet Business Plan? Part 1 of 9
Every year you and millions of others might be thinking about New Years Resolutions.
What will be different in 2009?
What changes can we make to improve our personal and/or business lives?
What should we focus on in 2009?
This year Jan 1, 2009 I was pondering over these very questions just as you might have been. I personally don’t buy into New Years Resolutions as they are set for the wrong reasons in my opinion. New Years Resolutions rarely have any higher than a 1% success rate.
For a 99% success rate, you need to build on your previous years results and experiences.
You may be thinking:
- What results?
- What success did you have last year?
- What was the results of those success’s?
- How do I figure out the results?
You need to focus on your success from the previous years and analyze each event so you can understand how those success’s came to be. Once you understand, build on those events and attach some improvement goals to achieve in 2009 and beyond.
What about personal goals?
